Performance center offers flexible support options from 12 hours to 24 hours a day along with dedicated technical and marine superintendents, weather routing specialists, condition monitoring engineers who drive mutually agreed performance metrics for your fleet. Whether it is predictive maintenance or optimizing route or escalating performance scenarios, Smart Ship Hub performance center undertakes the complete scope of activity.

In a short span of 2.5 years, Smart Ship© Hub has expanded its customer support and product engineering center from Singapore to India and Japan. 30+ ports globally are currently being serviced by Smart Ship© Hub Engineers for onboard installation of gateway devices for high frequency data from machinery and navigation systems. Every quarter we are adding atleast 2 more ports to our list to ensure continuous customer support and quick go live.
